In the biggest steel factory of Tunisia, on the edge of being privatized, four workers suffer from physical and psychological disorders after their close colleague Adel died in the explosion of an oven in front of their eyes. The four workers consult a psychologist who helps to overcome their trauma. We discover through these sessions the intimacy of these four workers: Batfing, the young rap singer and drugs addict who claims seeing ghosts; Fethi, the former cinema projectionist who is losing his view; Ali, the pious union delegate going through a painful divorce and Tawfik who returns from chemotherapy and fights for his right to early retirement. A debate about their health problems starts, and develops into a larger discussion about the social and environmental condition facing a strong repression from the establishment. The young generation of workers is tired of struggling against the system and wants to leave the factory while the older one attempts to convince them to take over and unite against the administration which seeks to privatizer factory. A strike starts. The four workers decide to stand together against the administration to raise their voice. It is obvious that change need to happen in this factory of terror.
